The service and operator

The service provides browser-controlled cloud transfers, storage and access to completed files. It is not a torrent search engine or content index. The operator's legal details will be published here when this document is finalised. The operator can be contacted at info@iphonetorrent.com.

Your account

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not give support your password or private tracker passkeys. You are responsible for requests you make through your account and for checking the permission attached to each file.

Acceptable use

Only download content you have the rights to. You may use the tool for your own files, properly licensed resources, public-domain material and open-source releases in accordance with their terms.

You must not use the service to obtain, store or share unauthorised copyrighted material. Do not use it to distribute malware, access systems without permission, evade a source's access controls or abuse another person's privacy. Do not share content unless your rights include distribution. Open-source status and a public web link are not substitutes for checking licence conditions.

Private tracker access is supported on paid plans, but the tracker's conditions remain your responsibility. Do not assume the service satisfies a particular tracker ratio, client or seeding requirement.

Plans and charges

Free includes 1GB for $0 and requires no credit card. Pro includes 100GB for $9/month. Ultra includes 300GB for $18/month. With yearly billing, Pro costs $86.40/year, equivalent to $7.20/month, and Ultra costs $172.80/year, equivalent to $14.40/month. Currency is USD. Yearly billing saves 20% against twelve monthly payments.

Refund, cancellation and renewal terms will be published before paid checkout opens.

Transfer and storage limits

Transfers depend on source availability and network conditions. Approximately 20Gb/s describes server infrastructure bandwidth, not a per-user speed promise. Files may fail to download or play, and a file stored in the cloud is not automatically saved on your device.

Keep independent copies of important files. File retention and deletion rules will be published when these terms are finalised. Storage encryption is not a claim of end-to-end encryption, content safety or anonymous activity.

Shared files

A link may give its recipient access to a stored file. Distribute links only where you have permission to share the underlying content. Do not use sharing to publish private data or material owned by someone else without authority.

Abuse and disputes

Report a suspected misuse of the service to support@iphonetorrent.com with enough information to identify the issue, but do not send unlawful attachments.

Governing law and dispute details will be published when these terms are finalised.

We are not affiliated with Apple. iPhone, iPad and Safari are trademarks of Apple Inc. Use of those names describes device and browser compatibility, not endorsement.
