Who is responsible
This notice covers iPhoneTorrent at iphonetorrent.com and its account service at api.iphonetorrent.com. The operator's legal details will be published here when this document is finalised. Send privacy questions to info@iphonetorrent.com.
Data involved in using the service
Creating an account involves a name, email address and plan choice. A password is an authentication secret, not a support identifier. Do not send it in an email or contact form.
Transfers involve file references such as magnet links, torrent metadata, info hashes and source URLs, along with the files stored for your account. A reference can itself be sensitive, especially if it includes a private tracker passkey. Sharing links can expose access to the people who receive them.
Support messages contain the information you choose to send, such as a name, reply address, issue description and optional plan or order reference. Do not include sensitive file contents or credentials unless a secure, appropriate process has been agreed.
Details of technical logs, events and any analytics will be added when this notice is finalised.
Why information is processed
Account information is needed to provide access and apply the selected plan. File references and stored files enable requested transfers, playback, downloading and sharing. Support information allows a response to an enquiry.
Storage, security and access
The service offers encrypted storage. That alone does not mean end-to-end encryption, zero access, anonymous use or protection from harmful file contents.

Your choices and requests
Use info@iphonetorrent.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Choosing to share a file link is a separate action from storing a file. Review who will receive access before sending a link. You remain responsible for having permission to distribute the content.
